it can mean or be anything. the use of it is sort of like “whatchamacallit”, but, it’s not, because the user & listener knows what they’re talking about. it can be a verb or a noun depending on the use. it is a very versatile word.
when you go to the wooznoop (store), can you get me a soda.
when he seen that dog, he started wooznooping (running) to the house.
