wopero comes from the technotronic song “pump up the jam” , back when it was pumpin’ in caracas venezuela the middle cl-ss and upper middle cl-ss use to dance to it, the lower cl-sses and the people from the ghetto would hear them p-ssing by with their loud stereos and would say: “check it out, another wopero”
so you could say that a wopero is someone who dances to comercial house or techno music.
