workaphilic
having a great deal of fondness for work, but not addictive or compulsive like the workaholics. people who p-ssionately love their work to the extent of worshiping it.
she does not have a compulsive and irresistible urge for work and is definitely not a workaholic. but, she is absolutely committed to her work, deeply loves what she does, and is an inspiration for her coworkers. i would call her a workaphilic.
