popularized by instagram account @gymloveandsuccess in 2015. workout and chill (verb) originated from the phrase “netflix and chill” which means watch netflix and fornicate. workout and chill, however can be used in two ways.
a: (original definition)
workout and chill (vulgar) workout and then “hangout”(have s-x)
“hey cindy, do you want to workout and chill? it’ll be fun! plus, well get in extra cardio;)”
b: workout and chill friendly
workout and then hangout in a friendly way after.
“hey josh, do you want to workout and chill? we’ll hit chipotle afterword’s and hangout.”
