an adjecitve or noun for a hacker/drug dealer/hit man/cat burgler that practices their black arts in secret and functins as normal part of society and tries his hardest not to stick out.
he is puling a xeethree because i know he doent make that much money. or that guy is so xeethree you definatly dont want to mess with him even if he is a pizza delivery man.
