when a computer support specialist or technician must invest a large amount of time and effort troubleshooting software based computer issues. the large amount of time required to troubleshoot is caused by the the computer’s poor performance, which is typically -ssociated with windows xp computers.
i was about to head home for the day, but i got a last minute call that that xp’d me for over an hour.
