yanger
poser. a person, usually male, who tries to act all cool when in reality he’s really lame.
man, look at that guy wearing sungl-sses inside the club. he’s such a yanger.
offensive term for a northerner, especially of poorer cl-ss, in the usa by some southerners. a portmanteau of yankee and n-gg-r. also spelled with two “gs,” thus yangger.
yankee: “ha ha ha, you just said ‘ain’t’!!!”
southerner: “man, you are such a yanger!”
