a word first coined in early 2010 in south east england.
1) often refers to a person of kossack, polack, slavik, albanian, jewish, uzbek, bolshevik, algerian or any other dirt eastern european or central asian race. this term is highly derogatory and should be used with cation to avoid offence.
2) however can also be used to slate one idiocy in humorous terms.
