alternative term for a male cheerleader, to help secure masculinity in those dared to try out by uppercl-ssmen
whoa! that new yell leader is grabbing my girls -ss more than i do!
although nationally known for their spirit, the texas aggies have no cheerleaders. this is because they have no school cheers. instead, there are a variety of school yells. it is basically an excuse for a bunch of guys to run around in tight pants and “yell”.
cheerleaders: “bring it on!”
yell leaders: “bring it on!!”
