the act of taking used or nasty chapstick and proceeding to apply the chapstick to an unsuspecting stranger/person’s face or belongings while afterwards yelling “you got chaped!”
(girl takes nasty used chapstick and puts it on her friend’s face.)
friend: “aw!! gross!!”
