a law which allows teens to do anything they feel like and makes it impossible to charge anyone under the age of 18 with the proper punishment because it my “ruin” their life.
its a pathetic joke of a law….
(the following teen cannot be legally named because they are under the age of 17 and protected under the youth criminal justice act): hey, i think i should go and run over a person whos over 80 going 130 in an 80 zone just because im 17.
ben: why not. you’ll only be charged $500 for it….
