a very nasty word for someone “ totally r-t-rded aswell as the v-g-n- he/she/(it??) came from”.
not so usual amongst czechs, it is only used in the most severe cases of r-t-rdation (think someone being an absolutne d-ck etc.), people might attempt to beat the sh-t out of you ( which is obvious cause ur implying their mother’s a b-tch).
