zero talent -ss clown
an -ss clown who claims to be a professional but has no talent, therefore by definition is a ztac.
a ztac is usually the reason that any meeting a conference-call turns into a goat rodeo. also known as a ntac = no talent -ss clown. warning: make sure to cya if part of an inst-tution with entire departments of ztac’s or ntac’s!
