Basic Skills Test
a drinking compet-tion between two opposing players. each player shall pour 4 oz of beer in to three separate cups and pour two shots of hard liquor. the players shall then engage in a normal game of one on one flippy cup, with the addition of a shot of liquor before the 2nd and 3rd cups. players may not p-ss alcohol off to friends or bystanders. the first one to finish all their booze and successfully flip the cups wins.
