any person who acts spastic, loves j-panamation, is incredibly rich, is in drama (but can’t act), sucks -ss at any sport (mainly basketball), buys his friends, tells girls that his “friend” is the biggest pot head he knows, is a dirty mexican, stands on the railing of a 30ft drop saying “i feel so alive”, threatens others with razor blades, and uses pick-up lines such as “hey ladies.”
when he made himself look like an -ss and proceeded to laugh about it trying to be cool, one may say that he was briggs stylin.
