Deathrash
deathrash is the combination of thrash and death metal. the earliest forms of this took place in around 1986 – alb-ms such as slayer’s reign in blood is a prime example of what influenced bands to take thrash further. essentially, it is the sound of the transition from thrash to death metal – vocals are deeper and harsher, drums are faster than the norm for thrash, riffs are heavier and more often tremolo picked etc.
