a “flashing 12” is a person with no technical inclinations’ inept in all things technological. the name comes from the fact that when you walk into their house their vcr is flashing 12:00, because they can not figure out how to program it.
i could have got a lot more done at work today but that flashing 12 from the finance dept kept interupting me with silly questions about operating her ipod.
a person who is computer, or technologically illiterate. named after their alarm clock, which their are too stupid to reset. therefore, it is always “flashing 12”
i had to walk that stupid flashing 12 through the whole d-mn process.
