code word for the pirate bay. used in electronic communications to prevent being flagged by nsa, in conversations to avert eavesdropping drm supporters, or just as an ironic alternative to “the pirate bay.”
person 1: “bro, i just downloaded all the seasons of the walking dead, the big bang theory, and breaking bad on legal bay!”
person 2: “legal bay? wtf is that?”
