red, painful, pimple-like sores that appear on the methamphetamine users body. usually, during tweaking, the user will pick at the little spot, making it an open sore. these spots do not mean that you will get fibergl-ss coming out of them, as some rumors suggest. even the heaviest users only report oozing, which could be the chemical coming out of your body, or it could be poor hygiene due to the disease of addiction.
