Nap Guilt
a state of remorse for having fallen asleep during the day when you have more productive things you could be doing.
often accompanied with a disorientation of am or pm.
caleb: i think i’m just going to lay down while i wait for the office to come on.

caleb: oh no, i missed the office and forgot to pick my mom up from the laundromat. is it 6:30 am or pm? (nap guilt).
