someone who screws with your netflix queue for their own benefit. characterized by deliberately b-mping up their movies over yours the morning they ship out and/or waiting a week before they watch their dvd(s).
my brother is such a netflix wh-r-. he orders movies no one in the house wants to see and then waits weeks before returning them.
