a place with lots of druggos and stoners and drugs sold on the street. every store has a marijuana leaf on it. every year they hold the “mardi gr-ss” which includes special events such as the hemp olympix (bong throwing, joint rolling and an obstacle course). there is music and in 2004 the cast of a tv show called fat pizza, and ben, showed up and got stoned.
