portmanteau of pointless and list, it is a list that only exist for the sake of listing things.
many examples are present in wikipedia, such as the “list of lists”
“did you see the newest wikipedia article on basketball players who have triple-doubles on a full moon during the nba playoffs?”
“yeah, it’s almost as pointlist as the list of good pauly sh-r- movies!”
a list containing various points related to a topic.
the pointlist is far from pointless.
