unfortunate souls living in potverty find themselves without the proper means or circ-mstances to acquire marijuana. reasons for this might include losing one’s job, living with one’s parents, having a significant other who disapproves of the ganja, or being on probation with the law.
it is estimated that over 4 billion people worldwide live at or below the potverty line.
