1. capable of quantifying the quality of a person. almost synonymous with qualifiable, but used when drunk and trying to make a point over the phone.
i’m so disappointed in chad for hooking up with sunaina. that girl is qualificable as being low quality, cuz she’s so easy. on the other hand, beverly is qualificable as being very high quality. she’s undoubtedly the most amazing girl that i’ve ever met.
