slamdance
a punk dance that is a spin off of the pogo that involves you running around clockwise or counterclickwise in a circle and flailing your arms about, and kicking you legs. the point is to have fun, not beat the sh-t out of someone.

a “dancing” style often adopted by hardcore or scene kids that involves a lot of thrashing around, windmill moves, and throwing yourself around etc. kinda like a mosh pit but getting much less hurt!
