an extremely drunken state of being.. usually far beyond the control of balance, social skills, and in some cases.. bodily functions. often, the sloothered individual is the b-tt of many jokes the following day, and must be reminded of his or her actions due to the alcohol induced loss of memory. see also.. hammered, toasted, blasted, plastered
