the art of placing a person’s head between your hands and smacking them on each side of the head simultaneously. usually said person is one that is loathed or disliked entirely. most recently debuted on the tv show “don’t trust the b—- in apartment 23” where chloe threatens to give a smackwich to a co-worker.
