SOJA
stands for soldiers of jah army (thus…soja) is one of the better reggae bands to sprout from the mid-atlantic coast. starting out in arlington, virginia, soja talks about the things that are happening in our local area through their music. while remainging a reggae band, they still have some songs that give off some alternative, hip-hop, and rock vibes.
the band consists of jacob hemphill, bob “bobby lee” jefferson, ryan “bird” berty, ken brownell, patrick o’shea.
person 1: “you goin’ to the soja concert?”
person 2: “yeah man, that band is killer!”
