sully wipe
when one sharts in his cargo shorts, then uses a public park bathroom to complete the job, flushes the toilet, then proceeds to wet one-ply public bathroom toilet paper in the recently flushed bowl to clean the clean the aforementioned shart from his soiled boxer shorts. the sully wipe is completed by putting the boxer shorts (wet with public toilet water) back on, and exiting the bathroom.
instead of throwing away his boxer shorts, he executed a legendary sully wipe.
