1. someone who is always on the tune, and goes from person to person with it. in extreme cases, a tune wh-r- may be tuning one person one day, and then may move on to another the next day.
2. someone who, whenever talking to someone of the opposite s-x (or whatever gender they are attracted to), will always appear to be flirting with or tuning them. this kind of tune wh-r- will often deny it.
girl 1: i met this guy called tom at the well yesterday, and he was definitely tuning me… i think i’m in!
girl 2: hey! when i went to the well on sat-rday there was a tom who was tuning me, too!
girl 1: d-mn it! he must be a tune wh-r-. i really thought he was decent…
