often used by weeaboos when mocking a whining acquaintance or nearby personnel. formed from a combination of the whining of “wa wa”, and a phrase of j-panese to please their inner weeaboo. the u, is somewhat silent.
person 1: d-mn no one’s coming to my anime-themed birthday party this sat-rday.
person 2: watashi wa, wa wa desu.
person 1: fkin weeaboos.
