someone who is so meticulous and approaches every task as a perfectionist with an -n-l attention to detail, but because of these traits, he/she will also put off ever starting the task due to the antic-p-ted amount of work and effort necessary to complete it adequately. often, this trait will lead to the task becoming even more difficult later because of the delay in getting started but the continued need for an -n-l degree of meticulousness.
jane is a total perfectionist and does amazing work, but because she is such an -n-l procrastinator, he often never gets started.
