arnhouse is a word used to fill sp-ce in between sentances in high school or college cl-sses. there is no meaning. you say it when the teacher is lecturing and there is a pause for a second. you say arnhousein a low tone just so people can barely hear it. eventually people will start to catch on and it becomes something that everyone knows about and the teacher doesnt, humiliating him/her.
