an “auto 3d” tv, monitor or other display device is one that can display three-dimensional images without the use of special headgear or gl-sses on the part of the user.
the recent technology expo featured many new 3d displays. the auto 3d displays got extra attention since viewers don’t have to wear any gl-sses to see the 3d effect.
