chebub
“chebub” is a term that combines two words often used together in celebration or when someone decides to exude positive sentiment towards another. it is an abbreviated concatenation of “cheers” & “bub”. it can be used as a greeting when seeing a friend at a bar or as a verb; “chebubbin”.
friend 1: “i got you a drink at the bar”
friend 2: “chebub!”
friend 1: “what are you doing this weekend?”
friend 2: “not sure. probably just chebub around the old port.”
