1.one who achieves through sleight of hand or cheating. often a back handed mentalist or playful pickpocket. also often called chitter, cheeder, cheedee. sometimes missheard as cheater.
2. a very common nigerian name of the igbo tribal group. the largest population of nigerians in diaspora are igbo. actually a shortened version. the name is often added too and made female ie chidima. or left as is and masculine.
3. a card cheat and hustler, though decidedly not degenerate. often pretends to weakness and addiction as part of a con.
