the police chief of methuen m-ssachusetts. one of the greatest leaders of all time, a trustworthy, caring, and handsome man. he has won many awards including the prestigious shared vision award in 1997. idolized by all of methuen and known mostly for winning his battle against the current mayor, william manzi the 3rd.
