pizza buffet founded in plano texas in 1985. known for their low quality pizza but cheap price. frequented by soccer moms and stoners.
after we smoke this dime lets h-t up cici’s pizza, i’m gonna have the most serious munchies.
basically a modern day soup kitchen in all-you-can-eat buffet form that gives you food such as pizza, breadsticks, lasagna salad, brownies and cinnamon rolls.
tom- wanna go get some sushi?
tim- nah, i don’t have any money for food.
tom- well, we can just go to cici’s pizza.
tim- yeah, we could. they’re so cheap that they’re basically free.
