a term used in the navy to describe excessive amounts of people cleaning small areas, often times cleaning just one small spot and accomplishing absolutely nothing at all.
sp-ces are looking a little rough guys. what does that mean for us? it means we need to put some extra effort into this morning’s clampdown.
