a friendly ‘tongue in cheek’ way to call somebody a c-nt. believed to originate from a group of musicians called touch n go from barnsley in south yorkshire, england. started spreading around clubland in the late 1990’s/early 2000’s. it can now be heard being used all across the clubland music scene in yorkshire.
