an older aged woman usually living in east county out of a white mini van. addicted to selling your junk “come ups” & whistling.
she is usually incoherent to normal society & when conversing with herself she still tends to make no sense. nothing she does has a purpose except for the wiggling; you cant help but grab a seat & watch until she vanishes on her 10 speed.
do not get to close or feed, they are known for biting.
