crackpark is an open public sp-ce such as a park or recreational area of land that is being used for an illegal consumption of narcotic substances. people involved would often choose to stay overnight in a makeshift shelters due to the high levels of intoxication that in turn inhibits normal bodily functions as well as an ability to maintain rational line of though. crackparks can cause a range of socioeconomic issues within a local community.
