slang – used when someone is much too excited given the situation at hand, or used personally when one is in total disbelief. originally coined by a student at western heights middle school in hagerstown, md, in the mid-90’s, this phrase was used to describe an excitable neighbor of one the students that loved to wear san fransisco 49ers zebra pants – this neighbor seemed to always be getting very worked up and excited, and the phrase, “he’s creamin’ his niners (pants)” was born. usable today in almost any situation.
he’s going to cream his niners when he sees my new truck.
