slang term for the prescription stimulant adderall, which comes from the name of the active ingredients d-amphetamine and l-amphetamine. yet another example of what one thinks of when deprived of things like sleep for days on end.
i knew this guy that loved to eat damp lamps by the handful. unfortunately, it was the only thing he ever ate because once it kicked in, his apet-te was lost. on the bright side, his grades skyrocketed due to the greatly enhanced concentration he was able to achieve.
