deposit rape occurs when a f-ckhead slumlord usurps your deposit for no good reason (i.e. claiming you broke sh-t she/he should have fixed before you moved in).
why bother cleaning the rug and sp-ckeling the holes in the walls before moving out? my tight-ss landlady is for sure going to deposit rape me.
