dinglehoffer
is an individual dressed for cold weather in tacky christmas type and/or snowflake adorned winter apparel. typical items in this fashion include knit hat with dingle ball on top, sweaters and coats with snowflake, snow, or other winter weather patterns, and sometimes pants consisting of snowmen themed ridiculousness. (if a christmas tree is depicted in the clothing, and/or the clothing actually illuminates with small lights, plays a holiday tune, etc., see “jinglehoser” instead, though these words are closely related.)
