Diversity Ghetto
window-dressing section of a college or corporate campus where most or all of an inst-tution’s diversity programs are placed. often consists of a single floor, or single office, often in a remote or inaccessible part of the campus. offices typically are understaffed, underfunded and expected to be experts on all issues black, brown and gay, and expected to deal with every life issue students of color, women and lgbt students face.
