completely killing it at work. getting sh-t done. this term is specifically used a lot in the tech/design/creative field. can be used almost interchangeably with charlie sheen-esque “winning!” but more about getting things accomplished. almost could be similar context of “pwning” but less about crushing the compet-tion and more about doing great work.
