a sudden feeling that you have previously experienced the obnoxious conversation spewing forth from the mouth of the pompous arrogant -ss of a jerk that is currently invading your sp-ce and deminishing your will to live.
suddenly, mike turned away from the idiot at the bar he was speaking to and exclaimed to his friends, “oh my god, i just had douche-ja vous. i totally feel like i’ve had this exact douchey conversation with this freaking douche bag before”.
